Living in the Moment

Why is it so hard to live in the moment?
This ability is key and can be potent.

Enjoy the time we have in life,
Too much happening in a world filled with strife.

Recently we have seen the world unite,
Communities coming together in a common fight.

Young, old, happy, sad or mad,
All simply looking for a change from this bad.

Together we can turn things around,
Making the world a better place than what we found.

Stop, smell the roses and aim to give back,
The benefits of doing so will keep you on track.

People of the world hear me now,
I know we will find a way and the how.

2020 will surely be a year to recall,
The good, the bad, the ugly and all.
