Take Me Camping

Please take me on a canoe & camping trip,

With luck, when in the canoe we won’t tip!

Outdoors, fresh air & the call of the wild,

Being in these surroundings can sure make one tired.

Do you like to eat SMORES?

One at a time or there won’t be anymore!

At night we gather by the fire,

The dancing flames there to admire.

What is your favourite method of camping?

Are you a purist or do you prefer glamping?

Making meals can be the most rewarding part of the day,

At night, remember to stash that food away!

Murphy’s Law also likes to camp & make sure you abide,

Inevitably a tree root never fails to jab in my side!

Fresh brewed coffee in the morning cannot be beat,

Drinking your cup of Joe before the day’s heat!
